What you'll do

• Plan and execute engineering programs

• support technical development, customer issue resolution, cost reduction, and engineering problem solving
• evaluate and approve design changes, specifications, and drawing releases
• provide technical support for manufacturing, coating, brazing, or processing areas
• collaborate with production, suppliers, and customers
• conduct process quality investigations and root-cause analysis
• develop process improvements
• design tools and fixtures
• translate customer requirements into work instructions
• review purchase orders, specifications, and blueprints
• support procurement
• drive waste elimination and equipment reliability improvements.
