Shipping and Receiving Associate

The Shipping and Receiving Associate role is an onsite, full-time position in Brownwood, TX. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. Compensation is $18 per hour. The role supports material flow and order fulfillment in an active metal fabrication and manufacturing environment. The associate verifies incoming materials and prepares finished products for shipment, maintaining accurate records and coordinating with production, purchasing, and delivery personnel. This work helps ensure materials and customer orders move accurately and on schedule.

What you'll do

• Receive and verify materials, parts, supplies, and equipment against purchase orders and delivery documents
• inspect incoming and outgoing materials
• package, label, and stage products for shipment
• complete shipping documentation
• safely load and unload trucks using material-handling equipment
• maintain inventory and shipping records
• coordinate with production, purchasing, and delivery personnel.
