What you'll do

• Own development of catheter-based disposable medical devices from concept through commercialization
• lead design and development with design controls
• hire, develop, and manage a cross-functional engineering team
• coordinate integration with capital equipment and software teams
• improve engineering processes
• partner with quality, regulatory, and marketing
• drive program milestones and verification and validation
• advise stakeholders on product changes
• contribute scheduling and budget input to R&D strategy.
