This role exists to oversee clinical quality, operational performance, and growth initiatives across multiple ABA regions. The Clinical Director will partner with executive leadership to drive clinical excellence, mentor BCBA supervisors, and support the expansion of services to families while ensuring compliance with BACB standards.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop BCBA Supervisors and regional clinical teams
• oversee regional KPIs including utilization and productivity
• drive clinical quality initiatives
• support de novo expansion and new center launches
• collaborate with executive leadership on operational efficiency and budget performance
• ensure compliance with BACB standards and funding requirements.
