Travel Community Director

What you'll do

• Oversee daily community operations
• orient, supervise, evaluate, and review staff
• serve as a contact for families, residents, and regulatory agencies
• develop plans for occupancy and resident satisfaction
• ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• create staff schedules
• assist with service plan reviews
• help resolve budget discrepancies
• travel among Home Again locations
• provide resident-assistant support when needed.
