Associate Therapist – Adults and Couples

The Associate Therapist – Adults and Couples role is onsite at least three days a week in Sacramento, CA, with compensation of $50–$80 per hour. The associate provides psychotherapy to adults and couples while receiving clinical supervision and structured training. The role contributes to client care through treatment, documentation, coordination, and collaboration with the practice team.

What you'll do

• Conduct psychotherapy for adult individuals and couples while receiving training and clinical supervision
• complete the applicable appointment volume for part-time or full-time work

Why this role

Requires current California BBS registration as a registered associate marriage and family therapist or associate professional clinical counselor, a long-term commitment of at least two years, and 12 hours of nights/weekends during the first year. The role includes five paid training hours weekly during a six-month training period and requires availability at the midtown Sacramento office at least three days a week.
