What you'll do

• Manage grain quality and quantity, discounts, expenses, and dryer operations at specified locations
• coordinate daily logistics and weekly shipping schedules
• inspect and document grain condition
• monitor blending and support standard operating procedures
• oversee housekeeping, preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility projects as directed
• promote safety and compliance
• schedule, hire, train, coach, and review operations personnel
• assist with facility costs, accounts payable, budgets, and overtime
• provide weekly updates and facilitate staff meetings.
