Production Operator, Garage Door Components

The Production Operator works onsite in Sparta, TN. Starting pay is $16 per hour. Hӧrmann manufactures garage doors and supplies the building industry with its products. The operator runs production equipment and completes assembly or finishing work for garage door components. By following work instructions, meeting production requirements, maintaining quality and safety standards, and learning multiple processes, the role supports reliable manufacturing output.

What you'll do

• Operate production equipment and tools
• fulfill production orders and inventory requirements at prescribed rates
• measure products and follow part orders and print instructions
• obtain stock and complete transfer paperwork
• learn machinery settings and minor adjustments
• produce, label, and package hand samples
• learn paint systems, custom and aluminum door assembly, and track assembly
• support inventory and steel unloading
• maintain a clean and safe work environment and 6S standards
• assist with quality training
• work overtime as needed.
