Life Enrichment Coordinator

Job overview

The Life Enrichment Coordinator role is onsite in Lawrence, KS. Compensation is $19 per hour. Cedarhurst Senior Living provides senior living communities focused on resident care and personalized services. The coordinator supports the development and delivery of activities and experiences that promote residents’ social engagement, physical and cognitive stimulation, creativity, and emotional well-being. By working with residents, families, and community staff, the role helps tailor programming to residents’ interests, abilities, and life stories.

What you'll do

• Assist with planning, scheduling, and leading activities, holiday celebrations, and special events
• introduce residents and families to life enrichment programs
• coordinate holiday decorations
• assist with Life Stories and activity attendance
• complete family messaging in the electronic platform
• attend monthly virtual education meetings
• drive the community bus for outings and appointments as needed
• support communication with residents’ families.
