Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise the nursing unit and direct staff scheduling

• contact physicians and support timely interventions
• review staffing and census
• investigate complaints
• oversee resident care during the shift
• maintain regulatory compliance
• explain procedures and care plans
• document care and progress
• conduct rounds
• monitor vital signs and resident responses
• respond to emergencies
• assist with care plans and investigations of alleged abuse.
