What you'll do

• Plan daily and weekly loads in Venture TMS
• coordinate carriers, suppliers, and docks
• adjust schedules for customer changes
• maintain carrier check calls and TMS records
• manage customer portals and EDI updates
• oversee routes and truck schedules
• notify customers about delays
• prepare customer reports
• coordinate expedited shipments and tracking.
