Functional Strength Coach

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver functional strength and conditioning programs
• conduct individual and group performance evaluations
• design training for individual, unit, and mission requirements
• lead training sessions and teach exercise and weightlifting techniques
• conduct running and weightlifting clinics
• support unit physical training
• develop portable deployment preparation guidance
• track performance and maintain records
• prepare monthly reports
• collaborate with athletic trainers, mindfulness coaches, and unit personnel.

Why this role
