What you'll do

• Administer sales policies and guidelines ethically and professionally
• close transactions to meet sales targets
• train, evaluate, and monitor direct reports’ performance goals
• participate in daily sales meetings
• collaborate with the Site Trainer on initial and ongoing training
• recruit future sales associates
• may deliver group sales presentations.
