What you'll do

• Assist guests with food selections and process register transactions
• prepare food and beverages
• build and rotate display cases and track deli items using FIFO procedures
• stock, organize, and clean café areas
• complete daily prep lists and update inventory sheets
• maintain knowledge of menu ingredients and preparation
• communicate guest issues to management
• follow safety, quality, sanitation, maintenance, equipment, and food-safety procedures.
