What you'll do

• Direct, plan, communicate, and execute Life Enrichment activities and life skills
• implement and maintain Life Enrichment Standards
• maintain resident safety
• support setup, cleanup, and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces
• lead, train, and hold Life Enrichment support roles accountable
• manage related administrative tasks, including budget management
• collaborate with other departments.
