The specialist supports parking operations and customer experience by patrolling assigned properties, verifying payments, issuing citations when needed, and helping customers use the payment app. Coverage may span multiple locations within the assigned area.

What you'll do

• Patrol assigned parking lots or garages on foot
• scan license plates and verify active payment using the Space Force app
• issue citations to vehicles that have not paid and leave physical notices when needed
• help customers understand and use the app
• provide coverage across multiple locations as needed. Depending on the assigned location, duties may include light cleanup, vendor coordination, signage assistance, or directing traffic during events.
