Residential Behavioral Health Professional, Overnight

Job overview

The Residential Behavioral Health Professional role is onsite in Warren, OH. Pay is $16 per hour. The position supports residents receiving services from Compass Family and Community Services. The role provides supervision, practical assistance, and therapeutic support to help residents function independently and pursue positive activities. It contributes to residents’ safety and care by following individual service plans and coordinating with clinical staff.

What you'll do

• Monitor residents and visitors
• supervise and organize medications
• assist with resident intakes
• support independent living skills
• intervene proactively in crises as directed by individual service plans
• plan and coordinate therapeutic activities
• transport residents as needed
• participate in service-plan development under clinical staff direction
• document services in Credible
• assist with housekeeping, shopping, fire watches, and meal preparation.
