What you'll do

• Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems
• configure and troubleshoot network components
• improve operating-system reliability and performance
• optimize system operations and resource use
• analyze and plan storage capacity
• manage Linux, Unix, and Windows systems
• install operating-system software
• monitor and resolve issues across client, server, storage, network, and mobile devices
• communicate status and escalate issues.
