Traveling Superintendent — Commercial Renovations

What you'll do

• Lead on-site construction activities from project start through closeout
• supervise subcontractors, field personnel, and daily site operations
• maintain project schedules, including three-week look-ahead planning
• enforce OSHA and company safety standards
• review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• conduct safety meetings and resolve field issues
• monitor quality, productivity, logistics, deliveries, and code compliance
• maintain daily reports and project documentation
• coordinate with the Project Manager
• serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
