What you'll do

• Lead marketing strategy and execution for category launches
• manage customer acquisition campaigns across paid social, influencer marketing, Google Ads, and emerging channels
• coordinate launch plans with merchandising, design, analytics, product, and operations
• establish KPIs and testing plans
• analyze campaign and customer data
• develop messaging and promotional assets with creative teams
• manage influencer, agency, and partner relationships
• support events and activations
• present results and recommendations.
