Operations Manager, Vendor Relations

What you'll do

• Manage vendor Statements of Work and Master Services Agreement obligations
• monitor contractual KPIs and staffing adherence
• oversee offshore administrative workflows
• lead recurring vendor governance and quality meetings
• audit invoices against telephony data
• manage corrective action plans and performance improvement plans
• coordinate technology and workflow integration
• oversee vendor onboarding, training, and compliance with HIPAA and data-security requirements.
