What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day service to personal and commercial insurance clients
• handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, billing questions, and coverage questions
• process applications, changes, renewals, and cancellations
• quote and write new personal and commercial insurance business
• develop business through client relationships, referrals, networking, and other opportunities
• communicate with insurance carriers about underwriting and policy issues.
