On-the-Job Trainer, Aircraft Fueling

What you'll do

• Set learning objectives
• instruct trainees in aircraft fueling procedures and equipment use
• demonstrate safe equipment handling
• reinforce safety procedures and regulatory requirements
• provide constructive feedback
• report equipment or safety concerns
• verify assigned equipment is safe and compliant
• teach accurate completion of fuel records and transaction documents
• coordinate with trainees and operational leaders
• complete assigned shifts and tasks through scheduled flight activities.
