What you'll do

• Process deposit, account, and mortgage verifications
• loan denials and withdrawals
• loan funding support
• servicing requests, payments, payoffs, and paid loans. Review loan documents, maintain records, manage workflow queues, process operational reports, provide customer service, and follow applicable laws and bank policies, including Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
