What you'll do
- Interview applicants for mortgage pre-qualification and loan applications
- enter data, issue disclosures, and order credit reports
- verify application information
- review loan files for legal and regulatory compliance
- coordinate closings
- prepare adverse action notices for denied loans
- review post-closing documents and make corrections
- attend outreach activities as needed
- answer phones, assist walk-in customers, and provide program information
- maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct. Requires a Texas RMLO license, five or more years of mortgage origination, processing, and closing experience, high school diploma or equivalent, Microsoft Office proficiency, and English/Spanish bilingual ability.
