Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required. This is an onsite role in Bristol, VA. The salary is $44,768.00 per person per year. This role is responsible for providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for students in a home-like environment, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development.
What you'll do
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities, and planning/engaging in developmental and recreational activities
- Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
- Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
What we're looking for
- Education
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience
- Experience working or volunteering with youth; High school diploma or GED required.
