Business Compliance Specialist

The Business Compliance Specialist role is onsite in Raleigh, NC. Compensation is $26–$28 per hour. The position works with business teams and Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs (QARA) to support compliance remediation and audit readiness. The specialist reviews and organizes records, identifies documentation gaps and process risks, and coordinates follow-up through closure. This work helps business teams maintain complete, accurate documentation and consistent compliance practices.

What you'll do

• Review compliance documentation against internal procedures and documentation standards
• review project, installation, product, and training records for completeness and audit readiness
• support change-management discussions
• prepare audit materials with QARA
• maintain compliance records and checklists
• identify gaps and coordinate corrective follow-up
• report review progress, risks, and remediation status
• support updates to work instructions and training materials.
