What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and guests
• carry out security procedures and emergency response activities
• respond professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding property
• monitor access points and report suspicious activity, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations
• document incidents and daily activities.
