The Custom Applicator and Operations role is onsite in Hamlin, IA, and is based out of Audubon, IA. Compensation is $45,000–$55,000 per year. AGRILAND FS supports local growers and agricultural customers. The role operates and supports application equipment and helps keep seasonal operations safe and efficient. Through equipment operation, maintenance, material handling, and customer service, the position helps local growers meet their goals when application timing matters.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor application equipment, including John Deere sprayers and spreaders
• perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily pre- and post-operation checks
• load, unload, and handle materials while following safety and stewardship practices
• work with teammates and serve customers
• complete paid in-house training and certification for DOT license and Class A CDL endorsements.
