What you'll do

• Perform carpentry fabrication and repairs
• complete plumbing repairs and installations
• maintain facility equipment including generators, compressors, fire pumps, boilers, and restrooms
• repair building components, lighting, and doors
• troubleshoot electrical and wiring issues
• maintain HVAC systems
• check facility doors and grounds
• complete and document work orders in the CMMS.
