The Behavioral and Mental Health Technician — Day Shift role is onsite in Lakewood, WA, with a full-time schedule on Sunday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Starting pay is $21–$23 per hour, plus shift differentials. Emerald City Enhanced Services provides 24/7 support for adults with behavioral health challenges in a home-like residential setting. The technician provides direct daily support to residents, encourages participation in life skills and activities, assists with personal care, supports licensed staff with individualized treatment plans, and documents progress and interventions. The role contributes to residents’ stability, independence, and quality of life while helping maintain a safe and respectful environment.

Why this role

Requires an active Washington State Nursing Assistant-Certified (NAC) or Home Care Aide (HCA) credential and a high school diploma or equivalent. Weekend differential is 5%; night shift differential is 10%.
