Regulatory Operations Program Analyst

The role researches program requirements, analyzes reporting data, improves administrative processes, and coordinates with cooperative partners on network deployment and ongoing operations.

What you'll do

• Support regulatory calendars and federal and state filings
• track RDOF build milestones and support verification and audit responses
• develop quarterly speed and latency reporting using advanced Excel
• analyze and reconcile data and maintain reporting integrity
• provide monthly copyright infringement reporting
• research programs and regulations
• recommend process improvements
• draft policies and procedures
• develop training materials
• track schedules, metrics, and project status
• support grant proposals and coordinate with cooperative partners.
