What you'll do

• Handle inbound and project-specific outbound calls and email contacts
• assist with monetary and non-monetary transactions, account changes, loan applications, and new accounts
• resolve member requests and correspondence
• explain products and services and support cross-selling goals
• maintain current knowledge of policies and procedures
• follow up on issues and escalate when appropriate
• maintain confidentiality
• meet quality, call-volume, answer-speed, and abandoned-call standards.
