What you'll do

• Welcome patients and visitors
• provide patient support
• communicate with patients, clinicians, referral sources, and internal departments
• guide patients through visit preparation and forms
• register patients and enter data in the EMR
• review charts
• schedule appointments
• coordinate referral follow-ups
• triage calls
• collect copays and balances
• verify insurance
• scan and fax documents
• support clinicians and maintain organized documentation.
