What you'll do

• Lead daily restaurant operations and guest experience
• maintain service, food quality, hospitality, food safety, liquor, and health standards
• partner with culinary leadership
• recruit, hire, onboard, retain, coach, and develop team members
• manage performance expectations and development plans
• own P&L, budgets, forecasts, labor plans, and profitability strategies
• monitor key performance indicators
• develop local marketing and community engagement
• ensure accurate financial reporting and company controls.
