• Design and maintain features and platform enhancements
• deliver assigned work from technical design through deployment

• participate in design and code reviews
• improve CI/CD, testing, observability, and resilience
• use agent-based development workflows within team guardrails
• collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA
• support internal audits for quality and regulatory compliance.
