What you'll do

• Clean and restore vacant apartment homes
• maintain facility cleanliness and grounds
• change bulbs and locks
• install or assist with appliances
• perform painting, caulking, and light drywall repair
• inspect vacant units and create punch lists
• remove trash or belongings
• check systems, appliances, and finishes against move-in standards
• assist with minor electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, and appliance repairs
• travel as required.
