Veterinary Receptionist

What you'll do

• Greet clients by phone and in person
• schedule appointments
• perform veterinarian-requested callbacks and reminder calls
• help maintain a clean and comfortable lobby
• support efficient front-office flow
• maintain client and patient confidentiality
• communicate with and educate clients about pet health
• check patients into rooms, take histories, enter medications, and obtain vitals as listed in the posting
• answer phones and assist clients with questions.
