What you'll do

• Schedule appointments and greet customers
• manage the service process from write-up through vehicle delivery
• create repair orders and document concerns
• provide estimates for services, costs, and timelines
• coordinate communication with technicians and parts personnel
• update customers and address questions
• review multi-point inspections and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs
• document interactions and approvals in dealership systems
• work toward customer satisfaction, sales, and performance goals.
