What you'll do

• Lead the bank’s strategic growth, profitability, and overall performance in alignment with the Board’s goals
• cultivate customer relationships and identify business development opportunities
• guide bank departments and foster accountability, collaboration, and customer service
• oversee lending operations, portfolio quality, and risk management
• partner with the Board and leadership team on strategic initiatives and long-range plans
• represent the bank in the community and industry
• mentor and develop team members
• ensure regulatory compliance and operational improvement
• monitor financial and operational metrics
• serve on and support key committees.
