Senior Construction Manager — Outside Plant Fiber

The Senior Construction Manager — Outside Plant Fiber is an onsite, full-time role in Denver, CO. Pay is $95,000–$125,000 per year based on experience, plus production bonuses. Turnaround Communications Inc. provides telecommunications, broadband infrastructure, and digital infrastructure services, including fiber network construction. The role exists to lead multiple outside plant construction projects and ensure field teams and subcontractors meet production, safety, quality, schedule, budget, and customer requirements. It coordinates resources and resolves field issues across active construction sites.

What you'll do

• Oversee multiple outside plant construction projects, field teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and customer deliverables
• direct subcontractors and hold them accountable for production, quality, safety, schedule, and customer requirements
• conduct field inspections and verify work against prints and specifications
• coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, permitting, and resources
• review performance and implement corrective actions
• serve as an escalation point for field and construction issues. Requires five or more years of OSP telecommunications or fiber construction management experience and experience with microtrenching, underground, and/or aerial fiber construction.
