Activity Director

What you'll do

• Develop and plan group social, spiritual, creative, educational, and exercise activities
• prepare and coordinate a monthly activity calendar
• oversee activity aides and train and supervise volunteers when appropriate
• assess resident needs and develop activity goals for care plans
• encourage participation and document appropriately
• review resident goals and progress notes
• complete MDS reports and progress notes
• participate in activity budget development
• foster relationships with families and community partners
• attend care plan, QAPI, and department head meetings as necessary.
