The Crew Member role is onsite in Morehead City, NC, paying $14–$17 per hour. Smithfield’s Chicken ’N Bar-B-Q is a growing restaurant and franchise company with more than 30 North Carolina locations and offers hands-on training and performance-based advancement. Crew members learn front- and back-of-house restaurant functions, including customer service, food preparation, and cooking. The role supports restaurant operations by serving guests, preparing and delivering orders, handling payments, and keeping dining and work areas clean and stocked.

What you'll do

• Follow instructions and multitask efficiently
• clean tables, floors, dining areas, and restrooms
• greet customers, take orders, and handle payments
• follow cash-handling procedures
• brew iced tea and fill beverage orders
• keep counter areas clean and stocked
• deliver food and prepare takeout orders
• refill beverages and assist guests
• stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
