It partners with regional and site leadership on occupancy, maintenance, financial controls, regulatory requirements, and portfolio performance.

What you'll do

• Support resident retention and renewal workflows
• address resident concerns and escalations
• oversee voucher administration and compliance
• monitor maintenance follow-up and work orders
• oversee delinquency, collections, capital expenditure tracking, invoice processing, and vendor payment workflows
• support lease enforcement and resident dispute processes
• analyze portfolio data and coordinate with regional and site teams.
