Unified Endpoint Management - Engineering Lead, onsite in Mount Vernon, VA. Salary range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00 per year. This role leads a team responsible for managing the end-user computing environment, including workstations, printers, mobile devices, VTC, and telephony, primarily using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).

What you'll do

• Lead the administration and support of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), managing software deployments, updates, patches, and configurations.
• Develop and maintain MECM configurations and collections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MECM clients.
• Monitor and maintain MECM infrastructure.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of AdminStudio.
• Collaborate with application owners to create, test, and deploy application packages.
• Ensure compatibility of applications with endpoint systems.
• Develop, test, and maintain scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Batch, VBScript) to automate system management tasks.
• Work with other team members to identify areas where automation and scripting can improve workflow efficiency.
• Work closely with security teams to ensure endpoints are compliant with security policies.
• Support endpoint configuration for compliance monitoring and reporting.
• Ensure all endpoints are adequately protected from vulnerabilities.
• Create and maintain documentation for MECM configurations, packaging processes, and automation scripts.
