What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including reviewing, coding, entering, and processing invoices
• verify invoices against purchase orders and receiving records
• process vendor payments
• maintain vendor documentation
• reconcile statements and research discrepancies. Process full-cycle biweekly payroll using Exponent, review timekeeping and payroll reports, maintain employee payroll records, handle authorized deductions, respond to payroll questions, and assist with tax reporting, year-end processing, audits, reconciliations, and financial projects.
