What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure
• troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance issues
• support an industrial facility
• complete apartment work orders, unit turns, and common-area repairs
• inspect properties
• respond to urgent repair requests
• coordinate with vendors and contractors
• document work
• follow safety policies and OSHA requirements
• assist with capital improvements.
