• oversee AI tools and agents for lead qualification, prospecting, and follow-up
• use funnel analytics to improve conversion
• align marketing outputs with sales needs
• train and mentor sales staff in consultative and enterprise selling
• focus on ideal customer profile accounts and account-based marketing
• prioritize multi-year contracts and productized retainers
• collaborate with the CEO and Finance on growth initiatives
• represent the brand at industry events.
