What you'll do

• Oversee building, grounds, and maintenance operations
• maintain a safe, well-kept community through preventive maintenance, staff leadership, vendor management, and regulatory compliance. Supervise and schedule maintenance staff and, where applicable, housekeeping, laundry, and transportation teams. Manage facility systems, vendor agreements, capital projects, budgets, inspections, and safety and disaster preparedness. Respond to after-hours emergencies and provide on-call support as required.
