Driving School Instructor This is an onsite position in Encinitas, CA, with an hourly pay range of $24.50 - $26.00. A company vehicle is provided. Auto Club Enterprises is the largest club within the national AAA federation. This role involves delivering behind-the-wheel instruction to students of varying ages and experience levels, following AAA’s curriculum and training standards. The instructor will assess student performance, provide guidance, and maintain all required state documentation.

What you'll do

• Deliver behind-the-wheel instruction to students of varying ages and experience levels, following AAA’s curriculum and training standards. Use our driving school software to track and manage student progress. Assess student performance and provide personalized guidance. Stay current on safe and defensive driving practices and maintain all required state documentation. Travel within a 50-mile radius as needed
• a company vehicle with paid gas, maintenance, and insurance is provided.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; Minimum of 5 years of driving experience; Must obtain state-issued Driving School Instructor license, which includes passing a DMV-required physical exam; Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
